1) We start by searching and short-listing all the websites with your content, that has been pirated, using all the web search engines (Google, Bing, Yahoo, AOL, Yandex, and many others).
2) We de-index and remove illegal iterations of your content on any Apps, or websites from the above-mentioned search engines (in this way your audience won’t reach the infringing website in the first place).
3) We send TAKEDOWN NOTICE directly to the infringing site and the hosting provider of the infringing platforms.
4) We extract up to date intelligence to create evidence packs to support legal action and enforcement

Dr. Sunday Adeniyi Adegeye [MFR]
Chairman, Lafrique Promedia Limited
Dr. Sunday Adeniyi Adegeye MFR, popularly known as King Sunny Ade , is a Nigerian musician, singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and important figure in the West African musical style jùjú. One of the first African pop musicians to gain international success, he has been classed as one of the most influential musicians of all time.
He is the first African to be nominated twice for a Grammy. Apart from being an international musician, Sunny Ade is also prominent in his native Nigeria, running multiple companies in several industries, creating a non-profit organisation called the King Sunny Ade Foundation, and working with the Musical Copyright Society of Nigeria. He was appointed a visiting professor of music at the Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife and inducted into the Afropop Hall of Fame, at the Brooklyn African Festival in the United States. In March 2017, he was appointed as the "Change Begins With Me" campaign ambassador by the Nigerian Minister of Information, Lai Mohammed.

A graduate of the School of Public Affairs, Texas Southern University, Houston Texas, USA and a Certificate in business management from the prestigious Lagos Business School [LBS], Pan Atlantic University. He is currently the MD/CEO of African Movie Network; Lafrique Film Academy.
He has a very broad understanding of information and communication technology. A businessman and an astute researcher who has worked with various entertainment outfits in the United States of America from 1984 to 2005 such as the Shoboy Music Workshop. He relocated back to Nigeria to help restructure the Nigeria Entertainment Industry for digitalization and globalization. His input, structural formulae and solutions to the Nigeria Entertainment Industry birthed the World Bank Nigeria Entertainment Intervention Fund of 2010. He is also a Consultant to the Performing Musician Employers’ Association of Nigeria [PMAN]. Today, he is one of the major voices in the Nigerian entertainment business circles.

A graduate of law from the University of Ibadan. With over 12 years post qualification experience and a deep interest and passion in copyright administration, trademark, anti-piracy and anti-counterfeiting, corporate and commercial law practice, advocacy and general legal practice.
He is the principal partner of IP Dynamic Consult, a firm intellectual property practitioner and brand protection consultant based in Ikeja, Lagos - Nigeria. He is also the editor of IP Digest, a monthly intellectual property resource magazine. He has also published various publications on copyright in the Guardian Newspapers and participated in various professional development training such as WIPO General Course on Intellectual Property, WIPO Specialized Course on Electronic Commerce and Intellectual Property, UNITAR Course on Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution just to mention a few.
